Authors who publish on JOSSHE agree to the following terms:

• The works published in JOSSHE must be unpublished. The authors ethically assure that the statements contained in the submitted original are facts, are true or based on empirical or scientific research.
• The authors own the copyright on the work and grant JOSSHE the right to first publication.
• The work will be published on JOSSHE under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which allows other people to distribute, adapt and develop their work from it, even if commercially, as long as the original authors are credited.
• Authors who publish on JOSSHE are allowed and encouraged to publish and distribute their work on other online platforms (eg in institutional repositories or on their personal page) or in other forms of publication, such as e-books and printed, provided that their initial publication in this magazine is cited.
