Abstract

This present work aims to reach the aspects of civil responsibility, especially the civil responsibility when it comes to construction companies that delays the delivery of the keys, after the deadline engaged in the buying and selling promise. The research will approach the general concepts of the civil responsibility institute, so that after, those concepts will be analyzed in the light of the civil responsibility of the construction companies that unjustifiably delays the delivery of keys. The research was based in the technique of case study, with homeland doctrinal and jurisprudential. The method applied was the deductive method, it made possible to clarify the position of the jurists about the subject. The study proved that with the modifications in the homeland legal order, it is a civil responsibility of the construction companies for the unjustifiable delays of delivering keys after the deadline established in the buying and selling promise.
